Manufacturing Process

 First, receiving inspection of the core rod, fittings and silicon rubber raw material. 
  And the fittings and core ord will be crimped together, coated with coupling agent at the connection and dried in the air and the silicone rubber are mixed at the same time. 
    Then the insulator and silicone rubber shall be vulcanized, fixed and molded. If the appearance inspection without problem, a series routine test will be carried out, including lightning impulse, power frequency withstand load and so on. 
    After passed the test, some parts shall be assembled. Finally, when the avove process are completed, the insulator shall be marked, warehoused, inspected and tested by the customer, and then delivered if there is no error.
